ADHD and anxiety can look alike — both can affect focus, restlessness, sleep, and getting things done — and they often occur together. A comprehensive ADHD evaluation looks at your history and uses standardized testing to sort out which explanation fits best, or whether both are present.

Yes. Many adults seek testing after years of difficulty with focus, organization, or follow-through, or after a child or family member is diagnosed. Adult ADHD evaluations look at both current functioning and childhood history.

When the results support it, the written report can document diagnoses and recommendations relevant to school or workplace accommodations. Let us know at the start if documentation is one of your goals.

We accept self-pay and most major insurance panels. An individual self-pay rate and a sliding scale are also offered. Please contact the office to verify your benefits and discuss fees.

We evaluate adolescents and adults, as well as selected pediatric referrals when appropriate.

Both. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Texas when clinically appropriate; some testing may require an in-person visit depending on the referral question and measures used.
