You contact the office and the referral is reviewed for appropriateness. Intake forms are sent, and insurance benefits are verified when applicable.

Do you accept insurance?
We accept self-pay and most major insurance panels. An individual self-pay rate and a sliding scale are also offered. Please contact the office to verify your benefits and discuss fees.
Are services in person or virtual?
Both. Telehealth appointments are available throughout Texas when clinically appropriate; some testing may require an in-person visit depending on the referral question and measures used.
How do I get started?
